As President, she loves the ever-changing nature of her job, where no two days are the same. When she’s not at the office, Lisa enjoys exploring new places or spending time on the golf course, always seeking her next adventure. Her love for hamburgers is only rivaled by her affection for her two cats, who keep her company when she’s not planning her next surf trip to Mexico. Christmas is her favorite time of year, as it’s all about family, which she cherishes dearly. Lisa’s vibrant leadership and zest for life make her the true embodiment of a superwoman.

For 15 years, Jessica has been the heart of the sales team at European Sharpening. Known as the "Jack of all trades," she juggles a variety of responsibilities with a smile, always finding joy in the laughter shared with her colleagues. Outside of work, Jessica is an outdoor enthusiast, spending her weekends camping, fishing, and tending to her garden. Her loyal companion is her Rottweiler, Chase, who joins her on these adventures. Jessica is also a devoted mom to her 5-year-old son and loves spending time with him and her boyfriend. Whether they’re exploring the outdoors or enjoying cozy movie nights, these moments are what she treasures most. A fan of Step Brothers and Shania Twain's music, Jessica brings energy and humor to everything she does. Her adventurous spirit is a true asset to the team, whether she's dreaming of trips to Italy, France, and Greece or reminiscing about her skydiving experience.

With 13 years at European Sharpening, Tanya has become a cornerstone of the company’s operations. As the go-to person for accounts payable and purchasing, she brings a meticulous eye and a warm personality to the team. Tanya’s love for her work is evident in the close relationships she’s built with her colleagues, fueled by daily laughter and camaraderie. Outside of work, Tanya enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two sons, often at the baseball park where they share their passion for the game. A fan of Chinese food and a devoted cat mom to Abby and Grayson, Tanya dreams of a world where she could teleport to avoid the hassle of traffic. Her favorite season is summer, which she spends camping with her family, making memories that last a lifetime.

Demi has been an essential part of the European Sharpening team for the past 4 years, ensuring that deliveries and pickups are handled with care and precision. Known for her hands-on approach, Demi enjoys meeting new people every day. When she’s not on the road, Demi often explores the great outdoors with her 10-year-old daughter and the rest of her family. Whether camping under the stars or hiking hidden trails, their love for adventure knows no bounds. Demi is also a lover of animals, with two cats, a snake, and a dog rounding out her household. A fan of Greek food and Dr. Seuss books, Demi brings a playful yet focused energy to her work. Her sharp memory and sense of humor make her a memorable presence both on and off the job.

Brett has been sharpening his skills at European Sharpening for the past 5 years, where his precision and dedication as a Knife Grinder and Machinist make him an essential part of the team. Known for his meticulous craftsmanship, Brett’s attention to detail is reflected in his hobby of building intricate models. Laid-back by nature, Brett enjoys indulging in pizza while watching his favorite movie, Marvel’s The Avengers. With a dream of traveling to Mexico soon, he looks forward to soaking up the sun on its beaches. Brett’s loyalty to his craft and his colleagues is unwavering, making him a steady and reliable presence at European Sharpening.

With 30 years at European Sharpening, Scott is a veteran machinist whose deep expertise and commitment have made him a cornerstone of the company. Known for his love of a good steak and lobster dinner and his enjoyment of classic films like Rocky, Scott brings a blend of skill and humor to the team. His sharp wit and talent for sarcasm keep his colleagues on their toes, adding a light-hearted touch to the workplace. At home, Scott enjoys the company of his dog, Ozzie, and his cat, Munch, who bring balance to his busy life. For Scott, Christmas is a cherished time to gather with family, underscoring the value he places on the people in his life, both at work and at home.

Payge is the newest member of the European Sharpening team, bringing her expertise in parts and delivery to the role. As a delivery driver, she ensures that products are delivered and items for sharpening are picked up with precision and care. Currently studying welding, Payge has a love for hands-on work and learning. In her free time, she enjoys playing softball, dirt biking, and camping, always seeking out her next adventure. At home, Payge has two dogs, both named Bailey, who keep her company. She loves French fries and enjoys singing Before He Cheats by Carrie Underwood at karaoke. If she could have any superpower, it would be the ability to fly. Payge dreams of visiting Germany to reconnect with her roots, and Halloween is her favorite holiday, showcasing her fun and adventurous side.

Pamela is recent edition to the European Sharpening team, bringing her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. As Office Administrator, she handles customer service and filing invoices, ensuring the office runs smoothly. When she's not at work, Pamela enjoys dancing, reading, and spending time with her husband and kids. A lover of chocolate, her favorite movies include Armageddon and The Lord of the Rings trilogy. At home, she has a tuxedo cat named Maestro who adds to her busy yet fulfilling life. If she could travel anywhere, it would be to Hawaii—her happy place. Pamela's favorite holiday is a toss-up between Halloween, when her neighbors go all out with decoration competitions, and Christmas, where she enjoys a cherished tradition of sleepovers and celebrations with her extended family. On karaoke nights, you can find her enthusiastically singing Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen.

Chase is a 2-year-old purebred Rottweiler who’s as much a part of the European Sharpening team as anyone else. Known for his boundless energy and love for people, Chase eagerly accompanies his mom, Jessica, to work, where he’s become a beloved presence. His mornings are filled with enthusiastic greetings for everyone in the office, making sure no one misses out on his wagging tail. After work, Chase enjoys long walks with his family, exploring the neighborhood. His favorite time of day, however, is when he gets to run free at the field, chasing after balls and making new friends. Whether at work or at play, Chase’s affectionate nature and loyalty make him a cherished member of the European Sharpening family.
